Responsible for processing insurance claims, managing client files, and assisting with reporting and administrative tasks. Closely collaborated with sales and legal teams to coordinate insurance policies and handle customer inquiries effectively.

During my internship at IJsvogel Retail, I was responsible for coordinating the relocation of freezers from one store to two other locations, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. I also led a project to ensure that all store locations obtained and properly displayed their energy labels in compliance with regulations.

In addition, I contributed to several smaller projects focused on supplier optimization, including sourcing and evaluating better suppliers for in-store equipment such as coffee machines.

I worked with the FMIS system IFS Ultimo, where I identified opportunities for improvement and successfully implemented enhancements. Through close collaboration with suppliers to resolve store-related issues, I further developed strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
